I began this blog in preparation for my winter travels through California, Mexico and the American Southwest December 2010 through February 2011. I made only a few entries, the last from Santa Cruz still almost a month away from Mexico. I found myself caught up in the day to day adventure of travel and visiting with friends, and neglecting the urge to post photos and stories of my adventure. Well, here I am again about to take off on another adventure, the Great March for Climate Action.
Deb and I taking a break alongside La Posa Road, a few miles short of Arizona Mesquite Company's orchards, where Mark Moody generously hosted us in Bouse, AZ.
Honored to make an appearance on the "front page" of your blog! This was the day we saw the gorgeous king snake wending its way across the road. Legend has it that the snake is a good omen, and it certainly seems to be holding true... Deb from New Mexico
